What data we process
Only what you give us. When you fill in the quote form or write to us, we process your name and email, your phone number and company if you provide them, your business sector and website, and whatever you tell us about your project.
In addition, like any web server, our hosting provider logs technical data about visits (IP address, browser, page requested and date) to serve the website and protect it from abuse.
Please do not include especially sensitive data (health, beliefs…) or other people’s data without their permission in your messages.
Why we use it and on what legal basis

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data, and we will not send you marketing emails without your prior consent.
Who else accesses your data
We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. We do work with providers that process it on our behalf (processors), under contract and only to provide their service:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting.
- Hostinger: email, including delivering the quote form to our inbox.
- Tax and accounting advisers: only if you are a client, for invoicing.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting processing carried out before.
Write to hola@wabiwebs.com saying which right you want to exercise. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for information to confirm it. We will reply within one month at most.
If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Minors
This website is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly process data from children under 14.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website always runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), we limit access to those who need it and we choose providers that offer sufficient guarantees.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. If the Spanish and English versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
